in my experience, tutorials are good at getting you to a certain stage where you are able to dabble about and make the important choices yourself

as you get comfortable with what you are doing, you can then experiment without a tutorial.

personally i find this much more satisfying since it was YOU who figured things out

Hey! I got stuck in a similar loop but in a different way... I would try to start a big project in blender, then realized it was hard, and never completed it.

My first project was super large scale, and it took 2 months 😅, but I learned so much while experimenting and staying consistent even if something didn't go my way.
