I haven't seen new one, but the first season doesn't make it seem that he's that strong if I remember correctly. Stronger than Fubuki, and bad matchup for many heroes, but I struggle to grasp how would he be able to for example hurt darkshine or Bang/Bomb, or Metal knight/child Emperor robots. And Genos/Sonic and Drive knight would probably win due to speed(Zombieman due to regeneration).
