香菇4朵 愛吃就加一點.ᐟ
乾香菇10朵
蛤蜊 半斤
雞腿肉5大塊
薑片 少許
蔭瓜 2塊

🏷️做法:
¹ˊ 乾香菇加熱水泡發
²ˊ 新鮮香菇冲一下,剪掉蒂頭
³ˊ 老薑切片,蛤蜊、雞肉洗乾淨
⁴ˊ 雞肉下鍋( 雞皮朝下 ) 煎出油脂,再翻面
⁵ˊ 下薑片-› 乾香菇-› 香菇水-› 新鮮香菇
⁶ˊ 加熱開水大約淹過食材,中小火蓋鍋燜煮20分鐘
⁷ˊ 加入蛤蜊、蔭瓜、蔭瓜汁
⁸ˊ蓋鍋燜煮3-5分鐘至等蛤蜊全開就完成啦.ᐟ.ᐟ
