I have been tortured for many years. My parents dumped into the mental health system because they could not handle me. They should have never had children. With the isolation and involuntary drugging and depression, I barely survived.

I was throttled within an inch of my life so to speak and even attempted to end my life.

This forced me inward. Now that's all I can see. Everything is inside me. It's so obvious and they call me crazy.

I know that I am not and actually they are unreasonable and seem mad to me.

I have learned that speaking my mind gets me in trouble every time I open my mouth. So I never speak to anyone

I meditate. That's all I do and I am the happiest man in town
