Ivy League schools⌠Iâve got mixed feelings about them. The prestige is surely real. Impressive to be accepted, no doubt. (and one person:three different IL schools?!? yeah, def impressive!!đłđ)
However, there is so much wrong with the university system, and the culture.
The issues were certainly there in the universities I attended (had to have been, to be so visible now), but I wasnât aware at the time. (and not sure it wouldâve mattered to me.đ I just wanted my name and LSU A&M on the same piece of embossed paper!)
I do feel for the young people entering higher education today. So many of them are mailable, in their principles, values, & beliefs, and so often it seems that the profs are foaming at the mouth (metaphorically) to find some students to break and mold to their own beliefs.
Ah, yes⌠coffee kicking inđ¤Śđť

Started as a sports, -that didnât last long,,,
But has been able to be a part of a system that can keep a hold on academics being still quite a bit exclusive due to poor primary education. Letâs not blame parents here. Parents who are working 3 jobs already need to be able to trust that the government is turning their children into properly educated future tax payers, not uneducated children due to underfunded programs while we give billions to A foreign war that doesnât even involve us. Smaller classrooms, more properly paid teachers would make the difference too many in these sectors donât want. If they wanted âfairness in college admissions at Harvard, they would be gone after legacy admissions. Interesting thing is. These colleges are turning increasingly in defective and in creative individuals who canât meet the creative and innovative criteria at certain firms such as google for instance, so much so that it is resulting in the college degree being abandoned as a pre requisite for employmentt. đ
