✔️2 egg yolks
✔️227g butter
✔️260g flour (AP)
✔️115g granulated sugar
✔️70g confetti sprinkles
✔️10g water
✔️5g vanilla sugar
✔️4g baking soda
✔️3g fine salt
✔️2g almond extract
Method:
Preheat your oven to 350F
On low heat, melt butter in a sauce pan, set aside to cool
In a mixer with a paddle attachment mix egg yolks, sugar, almond extract, and water on medium speed for 2 minutes
Add in flour, salt and baking soda on low speed, mix until incorporated. Don’t over mix!
On low speed add in confetti sprinkles
Roll cookies into 6 100g balls and place on baking tray lined with parchment paper
After 10 minutes take the cookies out,place a mug over the dough and do a swirl to get them into a perfect shape (I’ve show this in the video 😉)
Bake for an additional 7 minutes
Let cool on baking tray for 10 minutes then transfer to cooling rac
