那~~~~今天這道料理你一定要看
使用的是釜飯裡頭的蔬菜包,不只可以和米包一起蒸成釜飯也可以分開吃~
讓你平常也能吃足蔬菜!

📌材料如下:
✔️釜飯蔬菜包 1包
✔️蛋 2顆
✔️水 140C.C.
✔️釜飯附的鹽包 適量
🔸要當正餐的人可以加入主食燕麥

📌作法如下:
1. 蔬菜包用熱水泡開
2. 撈出蔬菜和蛋、水、鹽攪拌在一起
3. 放入微波爐600W(小功率) 微波3分鐘後拿出來確認狀況再微波3分鐘
(可自行依家裡微波爐做調整)
4. 開動!!

超省時又營養!!完全是一個懶人料理!
但又能確保補充到蛋白質、纖維,如果有加燕麥就連醣類都一起補充到了~~~
