Share this reel with your family, to protect them from EMF radiation 📱👀
EMF stands for Electromagnetic Fields. These are like invisible waves of energy emitted by devices like phones, WiFi, and laptops, which can have severely harmful effects on our bodies.

Here’s what some studies found:

EMF & Cancer Risk: The WHO classified EMF radiation as 'possibly carcinogenic,' meaning it could increase the risk of cancer over time (WHO, 2011).

Phones & Breast Cancer Risk: A study found that women who kept phones in their bras developed tumours right beneath the devices, suggesting a potential link between prolonged phone contact and breast cancer (West et al., 2013).

Children & EMF Exposure: Research showed that children’s nervous systems are more sensitive to EMFs, recommending a safe distance of at least 30 cm to minimize exposure (Moon, 2020).

Radiation & Sperm Health: In a lab study, sperm exposed to phone radiation showed decreased motility and increased cell damage, affecting men’s fertility. (Agarwal et al., 2008).

But don’t worry—we’re not asking you to say goodbye to tech! We know we can’t remove these devices from our lives, but what we CAN do is take steps to reduce their impact on our health🌿

Dear Satvic Team, I absolutely love and follow the work that you are doing but I have one small query -- According to our Satvic Philosophy we should not take any stimulants such as tea, coffee etc. mainly due to their caffeine content but Cacao powder which we have used in a lot of recipes does contain a significant amount of caffeine and it is hence, a stimulant. The good news is we have the alternative for cacao which is -- Carob powder, it is very similar to chocolate in terms of color, texture, taste and is caffeine free. Also devotees in ISKCON refrain from using cacao due to its caffeine content.

Please take your time and do the research for this to maintain the pillars of Satvic eating.

the radiations emitted from devices has less mega hertz frequency than visible light , they have less energy than visible light itself , so they are perfectly safe, pls maam check your sources and dont determine anything modern or technological changes as a bad thing without knowing it propetly
