I have been studying various sciences for a year and a half now and the scripture that says all things testify of God is true. If you look deep enough you can find compelling evidence everywhere. From the function of a cell to scientific theory, it all supports the restored gospel in its purity.

Many people want ‘proof’ so that they can have ‘faith’. This is understandable, but it isn’t having faith. And many people who have had experiences they consider proof end up forgetting about them if something else challenges them.

If the evidence is not beyond a reasonable doubt, that's ok. That just means I am reasonable to doubt it. As long as you are ok with that, we don't have a problem.

This is what it takes, you have to selfishly ignore better argument and say "I tried. It's not beyond reasonable doubt, but I don't care. Sure, Christian faith makes HUGE demands on people's identity, sexuality, relationship with mental health and science, and every aspect of life, while threatening eternal absence from heaven and an eternal fire, but WHO CARES! As long as I can feel comfortable" ahh why am I typing this far, you stopped listening to criticism months or years ago.
