Probably a luke-warm take at hottest; the vast majority of people who are working out at present are only concerned with visual appeal. A lot of which stems from social media content, such as yours, in which an aesthetically pleasing physique is visually depicted. This is, by no means, Something negative or particularly positive; this is to say It’s not about making a judgment call, it’s just any given individual’s purview as it relates to their perception of physical self and how said self is perceived by others
