To be fair, it only makes milk if you grind the white coconut flesh with the coconut water. Otherwise, if you split a coconut open, you just have coconut water. They’re both delicious regardless! :)

You can call it Milk or something else, it's not the same. The ingredients aren't the same, lipids, proteins calcium, trace-elements, vitamins. Animal milk is a complete food, you can live only drinking or eating milk based product, it's not the case for coconut milk
