👉🏼 Come up into the calf raise with both legs and SLOOOWLY lower on one leg. Working the negative/ eccentric phase (coming down) really works those stabilizers! 🔥
These exercises work really well if you’re recovering from an injury as weight bearing is difficult at first. If you’re having trouble on one leg at a time then use both!
