That rice looks absolutely PERFECT. Yummm
Tip for the prawns / shrimp though, they are usually perfectly cooked when they are more in the shape of the letter C. Once the tail starts touching the end where the head was in the O shape they start to get tough and chewy. But that's fine how ever you like it I just thought I'd mention the easiest way to tell how cooked the prawns are incase you hadn't heard that one before.
I think that would smell absolutely amazing! I wish I knew this recipe you do. Yummo. Hope it was as good as it looked!
