if you're rich, buy prebuilt
if you only have a limited budget, build your own
buying prebuilt is not the best value but it saved me a lot of time researching the appropriate parts if i had to build it my own.

That’s how I got my first pc! Expensive but worth it. Their support is goated. They respond like stupid fast and get it solved not waiting on hold for ten years. Everything is under warranty as far as I know or they will at least point you in the right direction!

What he didn't mention here is that the RAM timings are still pretty ass, especially at the price that they're selling. For the same price, Maingear and Starforge sell better configured systems

My problem with renting is that they charge a fair penny monthly. I found one of theirs that was pretty similar to mine, but after a year, it would end up costing more than mine did to build.

Which one would you choose? I'm making a budget 1440p pc with a RX5700TX and 32gb of RAM. I'm in the middle of choosing to go AM5 DDR5 with a R5 7500F for $470 or AM4 DDR4 with a R5 5600X for $395. (it includes and SSD and cooler, no need for UPS and case)
