Hey, Evolve family! We’re proud to announce that Coach J will be holding a special workshop regarding on improving your sleep, breathing, and mobility on Friday, June 14th from 5 to 7 pm (DATE CHANGED).

In this workshop, Coach J will dive into basic breath work techniques designed to aid in stress management, alleviate anxiety, and enhance mental clarity. Together you’ll explore routines that can be incorporated into your morning and nighttime mobility rituals, helping to establish a balanced rhythm to your day.

Additionally, Coach J will touch on the essential elements of good sleep hygiene, aiming to improve your overall sleep quality and subsequent daily performance. This workshop is the foundation of understanding how to better control your physiological responses to stress and anxiety, promoting a healthier and calmer lifestyle. More details to follow!✨
