In this episode of Deep Dive with Colin, we take on a cool challenge: making a DTF transfer look just like a screen-printed design. Colin works with a lion design and shows how to recreate it as a white halftone print on a black shirt. The goal? To make it look and feel like traditional screen printing.

Colin dives into the details, like handling dot gain, fixing resolution problems, and making sure the design transfers perfectly. The results are put side by side with a real screen print, and the comparison is awesome.

D.T.F sucks . Full color D.T.F prints feel terrible on clothes like a sheet of plastic I sold my 36 inch wide format printer all my clients said screen print is better and lasted longer. And I agree screen print is the best way for quality prints and D.T.F is for people that aren't concerned about quality print's. It's designed for cafter's not high volume. I see so many people complain about ordering online and getting D.T.F printed clothes and they expected screen printed designs this is all ruining and taking a way the quality of goods and apparel. It's giving businesses a bad name especially the ones that are supposed to be professional they all know I am right their just going where the money is what a let down it's a shame to see this happening quality going away. And also it's all from china not from here all of it is wow people need to wake up don't go cheap and stop supporting china so much.

If your a designer you know what I mean and you'll buy Ryonet screen print equipment U.S.A made only (no D.T.F at all) it's not quality and it's not U.S.A made
