Fun fact, the scientist minifigure is basically a Mark Stafford minifigure, a minifigure of the prominent LEGO designer who designed the set. The hair and face are modeled after him.

And Iām the exact opposite, I prefer to build all the mini figures first, I think itās so annoying that the new sets make this a drawn out process. I just want to be done with the mini figures and put them to the side of the building area.

This is genuinely one of my favourite sets ever. I'm a sucker for mobile bases that have just about anything one would need to have it be both a permanent residence as well as a base of operations, and while realistically it comes a bit short on that, it's nothing some creativity couldn't solve as a child. I've had a ton of fun with this thing.

Interesting fact, thereās a couple of logos on this set that say āNnenā which is a tribute to an old AFOL who went by the same name, and tragically passed away in 2010, and Lego put his name in the set to pay tribute.

The best flick flyer missiles ever are in mostly viking sets, 1 2008 castle set, 1 2009 clone wars set.
Basically flickfire due to using the soccer kick mechanism brick from the old sports sets
