On the 19th of July I went camping with my brother and two friends to a location called Granite Gorge Nature Park, about 12kms outside of Mareeba in North Queensland, Australia.
This is some interesting audio I captured that night. You can hear multiple wood knocks and two low, growling vocalisations.
For those not familiar with Australian birds, those wailing noises in the background are Bush stone-curlews, not Yowies.

Yowies are dead set for real mate. The whistling is a typical Yowie trait/ behaviour so imitating the stone curlews would be a piece of piss for them.👣

Dogman....checkout Dogman encounters radio ep 40...and there is a Cairns encounter...around the 25....35 ...and there is a Barkly range encounters....and I had a scary encounter back in the early 90's near the Black Mountain Cooktown...Yowie I think...but it sounded similar to the roar on an American werewolf in London....except went for about 15 ...20 seconds......though wood knocks are typically bigfoot...
