그냥 홈 자전거 타세요. 한번 탈때 3천개씩. 아침에 한번 밤에 1번. 총 6천 바퀴 돌리고. 간혈적 단식 먹고 싶은거 먹고. 22:2 해보세요 살 미친듯 빠집니다 그게 살이 많이 찌신분이 저렇게 인났다가 일어났다가 하다보면 팔목 관절 목 관절 무리 와요.
좀 살이 조금이라도 빠졌을때 하시고 자전거 3단계로 두고 해보세요 빠집니다.
