As a former anger case myself, I think it's worth noting that we will not always have to white-knuckle our way through suppressing our urges to act out in anger. As with anything, one gets better at it with practice until, one day, not acting out in anger becomes, for lack of a better term, second nature. That is not to say that we will never get angry. We just won't act on our anger anymore.
