Here are some useful tips to help you remember the difference between the 3 sharp scales that use all 5 black keys (B, F# and C#)

00:18 Fingering for Black Key Scales
00:29 B Major Two Octave Scale on Piano
00:49 F# Major Two Octave Scale on Piano
01:15 C# Major Two Octave Scale on Piano

And that's it!

*These are enharmonic keys which means there are two names for each of these scales. So the scales feel and sound exactly the same but look different on paper.
