Laying on the horses neck while jumping is definitely not recommended by ANY trainer I've ever worked with since it makes jumping much more difficult for the horse in most cases. I guess they're just popping over relatively small jumps, but why not sit up? Why is this done? 🤔

I do hunter jumping but my horse wants to be a jumper so bad he speeds like a trainwreck through the entire course🤣
