I love finneon and lumineon and they’re probably some of the best Pokémon in terms of pet quality. If I lived in the Pokémon world I’d probably have one just to keep me company.
Plus I’m slightly scared of swimming so taking my pretty fish to the lake or sea would probably help me with it.

Surprisingly Lumineon is a very common Pokémon used in the trading card game competitive scene in tournaments back in 2022 and early 2023 thanks to its V Card ability. Which would make it pretty memorable though that’s only to one form of media

If I remember correctly, the canon explanation as to why minior hasn't appeared again is because they only seem to fall on very specific places, also the shock of the fall breaks their shell which supposedly k*lls them if not caught quickly inside a pokeball.
I think minior was always supposed to be a one time thing, the fact that this pokemon might not ever return again, although kinda sad I think adds a lot to its charm for me.
We gotta make our miniors count.
