Aerobics with more than a quarter ton? "Weight restriction. 500 kg beyond this point" is a sign I saw at work the other day. Maybe put that sign by the entrance for workout advisory.
How thick are your mats to protect your floors/foundation? I have bumper plates I use on top of a standard rubber mat, think it's almost 2" for the parts where the bar touches.
I have no idea how strong the concrete is, so I put the horse type mats on top of the Berber carpet and then two rubber slabs on top of the mats.
You will need foundation support when you are repping the half ton in the future, bumper plates too, or the 200 lb plates so it's not a workout loading the bar before the lift.

why bounce? isnt it called a DEADlift? and how does bouncing translate to your 1 rep max, wouldn't pulling normally be more effective and have more carry-over?
