They are absolutely not selling Dante and Vergil's movesets distributed across 8-9 characters.
They have not taken character movesets from League of Legends at all.
The list is way longer, I could legit just write down where MHY 'got the ideas' for their characters in detail for each one. But that's pointless, the same way this video is. All AAA games draw from other successful games. Its normal.
