The throw is as important as the plane, I learnt this when in primary school we had a paper plane throwing competition and even tho everyone had pretty much the same plane the range of flights distances was so large

From my years of plane making as a bored kid, I can give some tips!
1. Make sure all your folds are nice and symmetrical, the more symmetrical, the better.
2. Pick a design with a nice weight balance ratio of tip to tail. I dont know what works the best but if it's very unbalanced, it will fall.
3. You can add a little bump facing upwards on the end of your plane and it'll fly better. Make sure it's not too much or too little. Don't tear, just press upwards, make like a hill.
4. There's actual world holder records, copy one of their's, that'll be better than clickbaity yt ones.

this plane in particular seems to sometimes fly amazing, or sometimes immediately nosedive. I recommend that you make around 5 of these planes and test them individually before throwing from your window.

tip: on the back of the middle crease on the bottom of your paper airplane, fold it into a triangle shape. it makes planes fly 10x smoother.

You should add some "Up Elevator" buy lifting the back of the wings up a little. Air will hit it and make it go down and lift the nose up.
