My man you seriously give so much hope. It’s been about 8 years for me I’m still struggling with very basic things and 24/7 symptoms but I’m working on acceptance been doing daily exposures the last two weeks. Can’t wait to get to that living stage :) you’re doing awesome !!!

I have health anxiety and just got soooo so poorly in egypt and its just brought back all my anxiety. Checking my pulse. Annoying the drs etc. I genhinly was ill so now I'm convinced my anxiety is right after all..fml

I had the same, panic attacks and severe anxiety that ruined my life for a year. I overcame it, and from 2022 to June this year I was completely free, living and doing as I pleased.... until it came back worse than ever. I had no idea that you could relapse from this! This time it's back and brought agoraphobia with it 💔

2019 is when is started, took till about April of 2020 to get over it, came back May of this year and finally able to live again. I will add I got meds both time. Stopped taking my meds and 2023 and it messed everything up
