Hot take, apparently, but Rose is fine. She and the Doctor had a thing, and she has been stuck in a parallel world, made her way back to this one to find him, and tuned into this top secret communications channel to find other comrades chatting with each other, but she can't communicate back. Gods forbid she let a little jealousy slip.

I didn't like Rose, but this episode made me realize that she was the most selfish companion I'd ever seen, and that was even though she was the first companion of the Doctor I'd ever seen.
