My sister Julia has cerebral palsy since she was 3 ,when she was 7-8 she joined sledge hockey now she is 14 and still loving the sport next year she is joining senior sledge hockey and I love to watch her play and when I showed her this video she smiled knowing a lot more people now know the sport she loves thank you for this video

I've been kind of mourning all the aspirations of sports I wanted to try and it's nice to think there truly are adaptations that can allow me to do sports, maybe even with my kids, that I never got to try before my condition progressed.
