The ability to rotate through your thoracic spine/thorax is crucial in the golf swing. Try this golf mobility drill to help with a tight mid back.

The exercise is set up in the DNS High Oblique position and aims to focus the rotation in the mid back (thoracolumbar junction). Use a foam roller and bands to help assist and/or challenge the movement.
