Just found and started watching your channel a few days ago. Great educational channel with fun thrown in. I enjoy watching you revive all brands and gauges of trains.
I am a postwar S gauge American Flyer guy and enjoy buying and repairing old Flyers, but like learning about all classic trains. Also, it's great learning other methods of repair.
Thanks again for the Great videos. Jim

Keep up the great work! I love your channel! My grandfather gave me this set for Christmas ‘78. It ran for a month or so. Pretty good for Tyco considering my parents gave me a Chattanooga 2-8-0 the same Christmas that ran 1/2 hr. When my dad inspected it and realized that the motor was in the tender he was livid. I later found out he sent it back to Monkey Wards along with a pleasant letter. They shipped us back an entire case of new ones but they were the 0-8-0 versions. My parents wisely kept them hidden from me for many years, giving me one now and then for drive replacements on my original. Good ol’ Wards. I miss their after Christmas sales.
