Its beetween the backlight and the lcd panel. You can take it to a service shop or you can take it apart really carefully and remove the bug in the display by taking it apart layers by layers.

Im pretty sure this is a lightning bug and when they die if you take an electric toothbrush and put it on the body you should be able to make it fall down and it wont be visible hope this helps

There very common during the summer times. There called computer mites and they just feed on bits of the monitor. That might sound scary but really there harmless and don’t do anything to your computer or monitor. You’ll probably see more during the summer but they’ll be gone soon don’t worry
