Samosa season will be in full swing especially in Muslim household during Ramadan. Samosa is a simple appetizer but let’s be honest, over fried or soggy samosas just ruin this treat. Here are some useful tips to help you fully enjoy this favourite snack! Save & Enjoy💕

1. Start with a pan size wide enough for the quantity you need to prepare. Overcrowding is the culprit so avoid that and fry in batches
2. Use clean oil at medium heat
3. If frying frozen samosas, it should go straight from the freezer to the cold oil in the pan. If frying fresh samosas them add them in a preheated oil
4. Don’t over-touch your samosas. Keep an eye on edges and flip accordingly to avoid dark color
5. Drain the oil with a slotted spatula to get rid of excess oil
6. Place them on a paper towel to further absorb any excess oil
7. Serve hot
8. You can use an airfryer too for a healthier version but the taste and texture wouldn’t be the same
9. While frying don’t forget to keep the exhaust fan on or keep a window open or light a candle to avoid the oily smell in the house
