Ingredients:-
500,gm chicken
Marinade chicken with
Half Lemon Juice
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
1.5 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Oil for shallow fry

Green chatni
4 Green chillis
Coriander leaves
1/4 tsp Salt
Water as required


2 to 3 tbsp melted butter
1/2 cup fresh cream
tsp of prepared green chatni

➡️ Steps :-
1. In a bowl take chicken pieces
2. Add Lenon juice, Salt, Garam masala, Coriander powder, Turmeric powder, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Salt, Ginger garlic paste Mix them well
3. Cover and let the chicken rest for an hour
4. For the Smokey flavour pour butter on a piece of hot coal. Cover for 5 min and let the smoke set in
5. Heat oil and butter in a pan
7. Place marinated chicken pieces and shallow fry on both the sides
8. Once nicely done, roast the chicken directly on gas flame for 5 minutes
9. In a bowl mix Curd, Cream, green chatni, chaat masala and salt
10. Add in roasted chicken. Toss well in cream
11. Pour melted butter over it and enjoy the tastiest butter chicken 😋
