Ingredients:
1 pound boneless chicken
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons ginger paste
2 tablespoons garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon red black pepper powder
Salt, to taste
half cup oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon butter optional
Half cup dairy cream
Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions:
2. Heat oil in a karahi or wok over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden.
3. Add garlic, ginger paste, and Cook until chicken is browned.
4. Add spices, salt, and flour. Cook for 1 minute.
Add yogurt and cover it until chicken gets tender then add cream
6. Stir in butter and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with naan or rice.
