I always compare a home gym to a shower, you donât need to shower everyday, you could just drive to the gym to shower a couple times a week or you could have ur own that you could use as much as u want

I mean I donât really see reason there should be a stigma against not having a home gym. Specialized equipment is very expensive .I personally have a set of dumbbells but never use them as the gym is significantly easier and I can use a much wider variety of equipment while not spending a fortune, I normally use around 5-6 pieces of equipment per session (not including the pool) which would get quite expensive and take up a lot of room. It also makes no sense from a political or environmental perspective. Why would everyone in a country buy individual equipment when it can be shared between hundreds potentially thousands of users.
