The new area is a town called Talon Crest and it's the home of the owls -- the game's most powerful animal race. The town is empty now but I'm adding the owls right now. This area will be available in the demo in the next two weeks. Eeeeek! I'm exicted.

You should update the vfx on the glider to match the zones weather.
An example here would be removing the autumn leaves and adding little puffs of snow coming off it.

Seems to have a good snowy vibe going on; nice and cozy. The assets look good. It's hard to get a feel for the layout in this short though, what with the cuts and the vertical format. A good town design has to keep 3 things in mind imo; 1) be able to loop around while running/exploring, so no dead ends; 2) distinct regions, so you're not just seeing the same cut-and-paste houses in, say, the northeast part as you do the southwest part, and 3) enough iconic buildings & landmarks so that the player can navigate without a mini-map. I see a lake here, a fountain, some kind of large gazebo or outdoor cathedral or something... those are all good! It seems like it's a pretty good town!
