This practice became one of my most important daily rituals, which also turned into icy cold baths in which I can stay now for 20-30 minutes with ease, relaxation and enjoyment.

It may feel uncomfortable in the beginning, yet with time and practice, it becomes a natural daily thing, like brushing your teeth or getting dressed, and it's totally worth it.

The first thing I do when I wake up is take a cold shower, because by doing that, it creates a habit of action, of no distractions, of doing something without hesitation and over thinking, even if it's uncomfortable.

Because of this practice ;
🌀 My im-munity strength skyrocketed
🌀 The sheer energy and aliveness I feel in my body
🌀 Resilience and relaxed awareness in tense life situation
🌀 Thermoregulation of my body, meaning, whether it's +40 or -20 outside, my body temperature does not change, therefore I am not bothered by any weather, physically & mentally
🌀 Better sleep
And so much more.

On the other side of discomfort lies a whole new world of possibilities.
