This homemade pumpkin pie is so delicious, let me show you how I made it!

Start by combining sugar, butter, flour, half an egg, and a pinch of salt to make a firm dough. Once the dough is ready, wrap it in plastic and chill it for at least an hour.

While the dough chills, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, cream, milk, eggs, and pumpkin spice to create the perfect pie filling.

Now, roll out the dough and line your quiche pan, trimming the edges. Add some rice or pie weights and bake the crust at 180°C for 20 minutes. Remove the rice, bake for another 10 minutes to get a golden crust.

Now, pour in the pumpkin filling and bake at 160°C for 45 minutes until it’s just set. Let it cool completely before serving. This pie is creamy, spiced, and perfect for fall!
