Small correction on describing Poison Touch vs Poison Chain.
Poison Touch triggers off of contact moves, which is independant of being physical or special. While commonly physical moves are the ones that make contact, several special moves do make contact, and would trigger Poison Touch as well.
Namely, Infestation is a special attack that Muk can learn that makes contact, while also having Poison Touch.

And this is why every generation or two, the devs should seriously rebalance the weaker Pokémon. I get that not every Pokémon will ever have an OU niche, but when you have these things running around in the same game as Gumshoos, Swalot, and Electrode; you can see the power creep.
