This is actually very true. Forcing yourself to be healthier doesn't last and doesn't make you truly happy. You can't give it your all when you start to feel drained from overworking yourself. It takes a lot of trial and error, but doing things because you feel like you want to improve your life and giving yourself rest and letting yourself be happy too is what you need to stay happy through life. :) It's all about balance I've learned. I'm not even close to perfect yet but I'm doing a lot better thanks to people like Anna.

I used to love running at school, and so a couple of months ago, I started running at home. I liked it, but I was mostly training for this race. On the day of the race, I ate no lunch, because I didn't want to get a stitch, and pulled out at 300 metres because of a panic attack. I was so upset because I put hours of training into that race, but I lost track of why I loved running, and ran the race because I wanted people to think I was amazing at it, and make myself feel as if I was worth something. I forgot why I loved running, and I found it really hard to get back into it. Run because it makes you feel good, happy and healthy. Don't run for others, for a small tummy, for self-validation. You are worth it, and can do this ❤

When I started my new healthy habits I was the one at the bellow, I just did them because I "should" do them not because I "want and need" them! But with time, with learning, and improving, I became the one at the above! The "mindset" is the game changer here! That's why I would say the right order to change is the mindset THEN the action! That would ensure consistency and results!

Thanks,Anna for all the inspiration. I started eating colorful meals and start writing my daily tasks even journaling. It helps on me how to balance and manage my time. Back then--i was struggling on procastinating and bad time management. I was dealing mental health and i was not so happy. I started watching and following you since the 2022. You're such a hero.
