Equinox Rockefeller, #short video, and strength workout with Caroline Girvan: 30 min tri-set (3x), 20 min arms and shoulder, and 20 min hamstrings

This is my second short video. And counting. Enjoy it.

Please always warm up before your workout to prevent any injury. Perhaps the simplest and most efficient way is to run on the treadmill 1 mile in tempo (with a speed above level 5 - 6), then stretch your muscles.
Usually, I am in the Park Avenue, Rockefeller, Bryant Park, or E53rd locations, recently ... but it changes from time to time.
