Update, if you’re not able to get the sword dash, if you go to left of the glowing rock and continue to jump you’ll be able to clip through

I just did this after I watched your speedrun method and tried this since I suck at the previous method.
Accidentally went out of bounds into water below but was able to clip into the boss room.
If you somehow found yourself in my position, here's what I did:
1. Swim under the boss room
2. Go behind the boss's throne wall, the water continues to go up there so you can gain some height
3. Swim up until you can fall onto the boss room wall
4. Walk on the ceiling and fall through, preferably onto the wooden platforms above the throne
5. From there you can fall down safely and start fighting the boss
All these steps took around 2-3 minutes (may be faster, I was desperately trying to safe what progress I made)
