The thing is I don't already agree that "moral laws" exist like it is some kind of created thing. Moral laws or tenets are an idea meant to achieve a certain goal.
The "laws of the universe" is a term we use to describe our observation of it. We can't "break" the laws of the universe, because otherwise what we thought we broke just becomes a feature of the universe.
The "rules of football" are designed by humans to achieve a certain goal. You can however break the rules of football.
If a standard is always necessary to determine objectivity, then by what standard do we determine that standard if we cannot trust ourselves?
Muslims can say that the Quran is the standard for moral objectivity too. If people worshipped the Norse gods, they too would say it is objectively moral to kill others based on their texts.

Circular reasoning isn't always a problem
All worldviews are circular by nature. You cannot go beyond your own axioms or foundational principles of reasoning. Hence, circular reasoning isn't always a logical fallacy.
It's only a problem when it because circular and undermines itself .
There's a difference between vicious circular reasoning and non vicious circular reasoning
