Sounds like you ran the battery dead trying to start it disconnect the battery Trickle charge it and put a new spark plug in and if it’s been in any elevation changes recently or if there have been any mods to it try rejetting the carburetor and definitely clean it out as well and hopefully it should fire back up

The noise don't help. Check if the plug has a spark, if not then touch the plug wire and see if it shock you when you crank it. If it blast you then it's the plug that's wrong. If not the coil/points/stator/ecu is broke. If you see spark on the plug or get a shock the carb need cleaned or fuel pump/tank is plugged/broke.

If no spark make sure the pulse generator is working and if it’s getting to the CDI box if it’s a ac CDI box check the black and red for ac voltage if it’s dc the CDI box should have power when you turn the key on.
