I would find a way to get Donovan Edwards more into the passing game and not just screens. You could fake giving him the ball in play action, put him in motion or line him up in the slot, have him go downfield. Getting him the ball in open space more often would give him more opportunities for big plays.

He's not a bell cow back. He'll never be Blake Corum or Hassan Haskins. He's a change of pace back. A good compliment to Mullins. He also could be used as a slot receiver, he needs to be put out in space. He's not a guy that'll break a ton of tackles.

He is who he is. He has been the guy who can’t run unless it’s a wide open hole then he’s fast. Put him in the a lot and get him out of the backfield.

Wrong, they’re using him the wrong way. Mullings is the between the tackles back. They also stopped using Edwards once he was heating up in the Texas game. It’s a lot more of a coaching issue and play calling.
