If you are suspecting a widow of cheating i would suggest you watch the replay at 25% speed and pay attention how their crosshair is moving either in between shots or right before a shot is fired.
Generally people are either using an aimbot, but more commonly silent aimbot which works by forcing the client angles sent for that single frame (and then back again).
This, for example, results in a very short and smooth snap towards the head of the target and then back again that will not be visible in a full speed replay.
Replaying it in 25% will make it more visible, and the reason why it happens is because replays @ 25% speed are literally being played back at a lower frame rate that is then interpolated to keep it smooth, making small movements like this REALLY STANDOUT.
Depending on the reaction time of the movement (which is usually around 50ms within the 250ms span of time that passes at a slowed down replay) is entirely not possible to do intentionally.
