This is why I hired a lawyer. And an accountant... and a finance scientist. You should sell services if "The idea person." That person that exists exclusively to brainstorm ideas with you. You charge them double what you do for basic support calls, and train them to know the catalogue inside and out so they can not only help the customer, but sell them more products while doing it.
