在諮詢的時候常常會有會員會好奇想知道營養師平常會吃些什麼?🧐
難道都不吃垃圾食物、不吃炸物、不喝飲料?🧋

錯❌!!營養師也是人啊~~對於美食肯定也是需要的
只是必須有所取捨,開心吃美食時就好好享受!
平日較沒聚餐可以控制的時候就必須吃得「營養均衡」~

而釜飯的設計理念就是希望忙碌的大家能在有限的時間快速取得均衡~

📌材料如下:(兩人份)
輕盈釜飯 1包
雞腿肉 2個手掌心大
油 1湯匙

📌作法如下:
雞腿皮朝下先下鍋煎 (若沒時間的人這部可省略)
米和水以1:1.2~1.5的比例放入電鍋並放上雞腿一起蒸就完成啦!

是不是超快速!!
釜飯包裡頭的米有白米、小米、蕎麥仁混合,另外含有白花椰菜、高麗菜、金針菇、洋蔥、三色蔬等好幾種蔬菜外,還有鳳梨、蘋果甚至是抗發炎好物薑黃~~
一包下去煮五穀雜糧、蔬菜、水果都有了!直接幫你補充到一餐的膳食
