Actually I'm pretty sure based on my university courses that symbiosis only applies to mutualism. The other interactions you listed are separate types of interspecific interactions. I'll look up "symbiosis" to verify

Goung to Merriam-Webster states that it is "1. : the living together in close association of two different kinds of organisms (as a fungus and an alga making up a lichen) especially when such an association is of benefit to both. 2. : a cooperative relationship (as between two persons or groups)" so while technically what you're saying is true, symbiosis is mostly used to refer to beneficial relationships
